NTG4 vs NTG4.5 — which page should I open?
Facelift and later cars often moved to NTG4.5 with touchscreen. Order using the serial either way; open the matching NTG page for model lists, or your chassis model page (e.g. W204).
Do I need MAP PIN as well as anti-theft?
If the radio unlocks but navigation stays locked or asks for activation, order MAP PIN for the same serial. Many NTG4 cars only need the anti-theft PIN after a battery job.
Where is the NTG4 serial number?
On a sticker on the head unit (often top/side) or via engineering/system info. A clear photo of the label is enough for the order form.
