Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access the website or request an anti-theft PIN or MAP PIN service.

Required business disclosure before publication

A verified legal operator name and postal address were not present in the repository. Add those details from official registration documents using NEXT_PUBLIC_LEGAL_OPERATOR_NAME and NEXT_PUBLIC_LEGAL_OPERATOR_ADDRESS. This page remains noindex until both values are configured.

1. Service operator and contact

The service is operated by verified legal name required, at verified postal address required, under the online service name AntiTheftCode.com. Contact: [email protected].

2. Independent service

AntiTheftCode.com is not Mercedes-Benz and is not an authorized dealership, repairer, affiliate, agent or representative of Mercedes-Benz Group AG or Mercedes-Benz AG. References to vehicle, model and infotainment names identify compatibility only and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or access authorized by the manufacturer. The separate independence disclosure explains how code-result and trademark terms are used.

3. Eligibility and authorized use

You must be legally able to enter a paid transaction. By placing an order, you confirm that you own the relevant vehicle/head unit or are authorized by its lawful owner, and that the request is lawful. You agree to provide accurate identifiers and to cooperate with reasonable ownership or authorization checks.

The separate Authorized Use & Ownership Verification Policy forms part of these terms. We may pause, decline or cancel suspicious, incomplete, misleading or prohibited requests.

4. Service scope and customer inputs

Depending on the supported request and available records, the service may supply the original, unit-specific code associated with the unit’s OEM record, or related support, based on the identifiers you submit. “Original” or “official code” describes the code result, not the service provider: AntiTheftCode.com is not an official Mercedes-Benz dealer, database or representative. You are responsible for selecting the correct service and entering the correct serial number, VIN, unit, region and version. An incorrect or incomplete input may produce an unusable result or require further review.

A PIN cannot repair every “protection active,” “blocked,” “service required” or navigation fault. Hardware, software, wiring, CAN, component-pairing or diagnostic work may be required. We do not provide vehicle repair, legal ownership adjudication, locksmith or emergency service.

5. Prices, order confirmation and payment

The final service, price, currency and any coupon adjustment shown in checkout immediately before payment govern the order. Informational pages and search snippets may become outdated. Exchange-rate estimates are illustrative; your payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fee.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. USDT payments are processed by NOWPayments. A manually arranged PayPal order is subject to the payment link and instructions sent through the selected support channel. A payment authorization does not guarantee acceptance of a prohibited or technically unsupported request.

6. Digital delivery

For an accepted order, the result or support response is normally sent electronically using the contact details supplied with the order. You are responsible for providing and checking a working inbox, including spam folders, and following any support-channel instructions. Any displayed delivery window is an estimate; availability, verification, input quality, payment review and technical complexity can affect timing.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Digital content may be prepared or delivered soon after payment. Any request to cancel or obtain a refund is handled under the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Prohibited conduct

  • Requests involving stolen property or property you are not authorized to use.
  • False ownership claims, altered identifiers, impersonation, fraud or payment abuse.
  • Using the service to bypass lawful security controls or facilitate theft or unauthorized resale.
  • Automated scraping, probing, disruption, reverse engineering of protected systems, or interference with the website.
  • Uploading malware, unlawful content or personal information unrelated to the request.

9. Intellectual property

Website text, layout and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes, model names, logos and emblems are trademarks of their respective owners. COMAND, MBUX and NTG references are descriptive compatibility references. These terms do not grant a licence to any manufacturer mark.

10. Service availability and liability

We use reasonable care to operate the service, but do not promise that every unit is supported, every submitted identifier is valid, every warning can be resolved by a code, or the website will be uninterrupted. Do not repeatedly enter a code where the unit warns that additional attempts may cause a lockout; consult an appropriate technician.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was formed. This clause does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that the law does not permit us to exclude.

11. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how order, payment, technical and support information is handled.

12. Changes and disputes

The terms in effect when your order is placed apply to that order, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise. Updated terms apply prospectively. Contact support first so we can investigate a concern. Governing law, forum and any mandatory consumer jurisdiction depend on the verified operator identity and the rules that apply to the customer; no unsupported jurisdiction is asserted here.
