What are Mercedes NTG Systems?

NTG (Navigation Telematics Generation) is Mercedes-Benz's family of COMAND and MBUX infotainment systems. From NTG1 (early 2000s) through NTG4/NTG4.5 HDD units, COMAND Online NTG5/NTG5.5, to MBUX NTG6 (2018+), each generation locks with an anti-theft PIN after battery work or a head-unit swap. How do I know which NTG I have?
Check the head-unit sticker or System Information, or open your chassis model page (W204, W206, X254…). Rough guide: early 2000s NTG1–NTG2.5, ~2008–2015 NTG4/NTG4.5, mid-2010s NTG5/NTG5.5, 2018+ often MBUX NTG6.
Can I get both Anti-Theft and MAP PIN?
Yes. Anti-Theft unlocks the unit after battery disconnect. MAP PIN activates navigation maps on supported NTG4+ / MBUX units. Order from /get-antitheft-code or /get-map-pin-code after you confirm the serial.
Are all 10 NTG systems supported?
