How to get a Mercedes anti-theft PIN or MAP code

After a battery change, electrical work, or head-unit swap, COMAND / MBUX can show “Anti-Theft Protection Active” or a CODE screen. Enter your serial number in the form above — we calculate the unlock code from the official Mercedes database and email it in 15–30 minutes.
